Duplicating, owners and categories

Duplicate

The copy action clones everything — targeting, fields, children, smart values — into a new template named “… (copy)”. The copy starts disabled and is never the default, so you can review and rename it before it appears anywhere.

Owners

Every template has an owner (initially its creator), shown in the list. Change the owner in the editor's Settings section. Ownership matters for permissions: people with Manage templates can delete only templates they own.

Categories

A free-text label for organising the list (e.g. “QA”, “Onboarding”). Categories are suggestions-as-you-type and filterable in the list. They do not affect where a template applies.
