Summary, Description and Labels are always available on every template.

Additional fields

When a template targets a single project and work item type, the editor offers that Create screen's other fields. Supported kinds:

• Short text and paragraph fields
• Single-select fields (including Priority)
• Multi-select fields (including Components and Versions)
• Date fields (including Due date)
• User fields (including Assignee and Reporter)

Unsupported kinds (numbers, cascading selects, etc.) are shown greyed out.

How values apply

• Default templates apply with a fill-empty policy — they never overwrite something you already typed.
• Explicitly picking a template replaces the covered fields.
